Testing Creative Directions With MonopolyGO!
Initial testing focused on identifying which psychological drivers would most effectively engage players, using France as a test and learn market. We explored three distinct creative directions, nostalgia, escapism and challenger, each designed to tap into different player motivations while maintaining a consistent visual system. By structuring these as controlled variations, we were able to isolate what resonated strongest, informing subsequent iterations and providing a clear foundation for scaling winning approaches across formats and markets

Scaling Creative Across Markets for Trainline
Building on initial testing insights, creative was scaled across multiple European markets, starting from a UK baseline. Rather than simple translation, each execution was carefully localised for France and Italy, adapting language, partner networks and key product features to ensure relevance within each market while maintaining a consistent core system.By retaining the same narrative structure and visual framework, this approach allowed creative to scale efficiently without losing clarity, intent or performance.
